We deliver across Cyprus and to Greece. During checkout you can choose how your order reaches you:

BOX NOW

Enter your home or work address and we will assign the nearest BOX NOW locker. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS with the locker location and a PIN code for collection.

Delivery time: 4 to 5 business days

Shipping cost: €2.00

easyCourier

Your order is delivered directly to your home or office by a courier. A phone number is required so the courier can contact you on arrival.

Delivery time: 4 to 5 business days

Shipping cost: €6.00

Yphé delivery

We bring your order to your door ourselves, anywhere in Cyprus. This is the one option you can pay for in cash: hand the amount to our driver when the order arrives, or pay by card at checkout as usual.

Shipping cost: Free

Delivery is free on orders from €70, whichever option you choose.

Returns & Cancellations

You can cancel your order and return unused, unopened products within 14 days of receipt.

To initiate a return or cancellation, please contact us within that 14-day window. Returned items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products. Return postage is paid by the customer.

Once we receive the returned goods, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
