All orders are delivered across Cyprus via BOX NOW lockers.
During checkout, enter your home or work address and we will assign the nearest BOX NOW locker. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS with the locker location and a PIN code for collection.

You can cancel your order and return unused, unopened products within 14 days of receipt.
To initiate a return or cancellation, please contact us within that 14-day window. Returned items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products.
Once we receive the returned goods, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
